The in-game Controls screen on first play is the authoritative reference for the action keys. A gamepad works at any time with no setup.
Sound is silent by design until you press a key or click — browsers block audio until the page has been interacted with.
High scores are shared: finish a run and enter a name, and your score appears on the leaderboard for everyone in the review group.
