Overview

Bernard® AccuLock™ S consumables are built to eliminate the most common causes of MIG gun downtime. The liner locks into place and stays concentrically aligned from the power pin to the contact tip, creating a smooth, consistent wire-feed path that reduces burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arcs. Liner replacement is error-proof: there’s no measuring, just trim the liner flush with the back of the power pin. With 60% of the contact tip buried in the diffuser, away from the heat of the weld and cooled by shielding gas, tips last 2–3x longer. And because AccuLock S shares a common contact tip with Tregaskiss® AccuLock R consumables, shops running both semi-automatic and robotic guns can simplify inventory and cut costs.
