Overview

Part of the Common Consumables Platform™, Tregaskiss® TOUGH LOCK® consumables are a well-known, trusted choice for reducing consumable costs and maintenance downtime. TOUGH LOCK contact tips are made from high-quality, high-conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that tightly controls tip tolerances. Paired with TOUGH LOCK retaining heads, greater surface contact between the tip, retaining head, and neck maximizes heat dissipation, so tips run cooler and last longer. Dual Taper Technology creates a more secure seat that keeps the tip and retaining head from loosening due to vibration. Tregaskiss nozzles are made of hard-drawn copper or brass with a smooth finish and rounded edges that minimize spatter buildup. Not running a Bernard® or Tregaskiss gun? The TOUGH LOCK Conversion Series lets you upgrade many other brands of MIG guns.
