A ThruArm robotic MIG torch built for precise, repeatable TCP and faster, simpler maintenance.
The Tregaskiss® Atlas™ robotic ThruArm air-cooled MIG torch delivers next-level precision, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Its modular design uses fewer fasteners and tools, with captured fasteners on every bolt and a tool-free, quick-change cable, so maintenance is faster, more consistent, and easier to train. A precision keyway system and stainless steel bolted neck hold accurate, repeatable TCP, even after service. The re-engineered LSR+ unicable with SmoothTurn™ technology increases flexibility and cable life, and every unicable includes an integrated cable life sensor. Pair it with the optional Torch Maintenance Module (TMM) to monitor cable health and get alerts before problems arise. Solid aluminum covers shield the torch and fasteners from spatter, making Atlas built for demanding production, and ideal for facilities facing labor shortages or high turnover.

Tool Center Point (TCP)
Hit your mark, even after maintenance.
Atlas is engineered to hold an accurate, repeatable tool center point. A precision-engineered keyway system aligns the neck the same way every time, and a stainless steel bolted neck creates a secure, direct connection to the cable. Choose from 12 standard necks to match the TCP and working envelope your application needs.
See the spec sheet for center of mass data.
