Overview
Tregaskiss® TOUGH GARD® anti-spatter liquid is a ready-to-use, water-based solution that creates a sacrificial surface to reduce spatter adhesion. That prolongs consumable life and minimizes downtime for nozzle cleaning, helping reduce operating and maintenance costs. TOUGH GARD provides uniform protection and requires less product to do the job than competing solutions. Unlike oil-based anti-spatter, it won’t clog sprayers or nozzle cleaning stations, contains no petroleum derivatives, and won’t harm machinery. It cleans up easily with water and is safe for the environment, being water-based and biodegradable, and safe to use, being non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-reactive. Use TOUGH GARD exclusively with your Tregaskiss® TT4 reamer to extend its warranty from 2 years to 3.
