Bernard® E-Z Feed™ liners combine reduced friction, reinforced rigidity, and broad compatibility in one liner. A corrosion-resistant coating creates a slick surface that lowers drag on the wire, reducing birdnesting, stubbing, and downtime, while consistent wire delivery gives you a steadier arc and more predictable weld quality, even on long runs. An enhanced coil profile reinforces rigidity to prevent collapse, kinking, and deformation in high-duty-cycle work, so the liner lasts longer and needs changing less often. E-Z Feed liners handle challenging wires like stainless steel and metal-cored without compromise, which simplifies inventory by reducing the number of liner types you need to stock. They’re now standard on Bernard® MIG guns, including BTB, S-Gun™, PipeWorx™, Clean Air E™, and W-Gun™, at no additional cost, and work with AccuLock™ S and R, Centerfire™, TOUGH LOCK®, and Quik Tip™ consumables.

E-Z Feed™ Rear Load Liners

E-Z Feed rear load liners are now standard on Bernard® MIG guns. Effective September 29, 2025, BTB, S-Gun™, PipeWorx™, Clean Air E™, and W-Gun™ MIG guns come with E-Z Feed rear load liners standard for 0.035″–1/16″ (0.9–1.6 mm) wire. Standard rear load liners are still available, but we recommend E-Z Feed liners for maximum gun performance.

E-Z Feed™ Front Load Liners (AccuLock™ S)

E-Z Feed front load liners come standard in BTB, S-Gun™, and Clean Air E™ MIG guns for 0.035″–1/16″ (0.9–1.6 mm) wire with AccuLock™ S consumables, when the front load liner option is selected. Along with all the benefits of E-Z Feed technology, these liners lock and concentrically align to both the contact tip and power pin for a flawless wire-feed path.

Error-proof trimming: no measuring required
Color matching: match the power pin cap washer to the liner shrink wrap to prevent errors
Locked at both ends: aligned at the front and back of the gun for a flawless wire-feed path

QUICK LOAD® E-Z Feed™ Liners (Tregaskiss® robotic torches)

QUICK LOAD E-Z Feed liners load from the front of the torch and take less than half the time and effort to replace compared with rear load liners. They come standard on Tregaskiss® Atlas™, TA3, and CA3 robotic torches configured for 0.035″–1/16″ (0.9–1.6 mm) wire, unless wire brake is selected, in which case the torch comes with rear load liners. Available in lengths up to 6′ (1.8 m) for robotic applications.
