Overview
Tregaskiss® I.C.E.™ (Integrated Cooling Enhancer) technology boosts the duty cycle of robust air-cooled robotic and automatic MIG torches by adding water cooling where it matters most: at the nozzle. Circulating water keeps front-end consumables running cooler and lasting longer, while the strong neck won’t bend like a traditional water-cooled neck. If water cooling is ever lost, the torch keeps running as an air-cooled product. Maintenance stays simple, with an air-cooled unicable that runs independently of the water lines, all water-cooling components mounted externally, and shut-off valves at the I.C.E. connections. It’s safer too: water stays isolated from the power leads so it never becomes electrically charged, the neck stays below 122°F (50°C) while welding, and the nozzle cools to 122°F (50°C) within 90 seconds of welding.* Available for MA1 and Auto Head fixed automatic torches and CA3 and select TA3 robotic torches, and existing CA3 torches can be upgraded.
