Overview

Easy to use and built with cost in mind, Bernard® Centerfire™ consumables provide better arc starts, less spatter, and more consistent welds, while lasting up to three times longer than most brands. The threadless, drop-in contact tip changes in seconds with no tools, so you’re back to welding fast after a burnback. A large-diameter tip base and tapered seat deliver better electrical conductivity and heat transfer, and tips rotate 360° so you can create new wear surfaces and extend tip life. The threaded nozzle keeps the tip centered, even after hard use and abuse, and holds it at a fixed 1/4″ or 1/8″ recess, flush, or 1/8″ stick-out. A spatter shield inside the nozzle protects the diffuser and smooths gas flow for less turbulence, oxidation, and contamination. With a complete family of tips and nozzles, plus the Centerfire Conversion Series for most major MIG gun brands, Centerfire covers most of your welding needs.
