A 350 amp air-cooled robotic MIG gun built for high-volume production, with a replaceable Unicable for faster repairs.
The CA3 robotic air-cooled MIG gun is designed for high-volume production, combining the best features of the G1 and G2 Series platforms with improved unicable technology for longer service life. Rated at 350 amps with a 100% duty cycle on mixed gases, it’s engineered for precision, repeatability, and minimal downtime. A replaceable unicable makes repairs faster and less costly, while a cable guide reduces stress on the connection as the robot articulates. A re-engineered neck clamp delivers consistent clamping force, and a wide range of standard necks and mounting arms expands your tool center point options and working envelope. Choose clutch or solid mount, add wire brake, air blast, or I.C.E.™ technology, and run TOUGH LOCK® or AccuLock™ R consumables.
