Overview
Fixed automatic MIG guns you fabricate yourself can cause downtime and rework. Tregaskiss® MW1 fixed automatic water-cooled MIG guns are engineered for hard tooling automation that needs a simple, durable, and repeatable gun to maximize uptime and throughput. Available in 500 and 600 amp models, they’re rated at 100% duty cycle with CO₂ and mixed gases, for fixed automation, long repeatable seams, and fixed orbital applications. A simple design with few replacement parts keeps maintenance quick and inventory costs low, and cable lengths from 3.5′ to 15′ fit a wide range of setups. Configure the MW1 with AccuLock™ R consumables to virtually eliminate cross-threading and extend tip life, often with no impact to Tool Center Point (TCP). On 600 amp models, QUICK LOAD® liners load from the front in less than half the time of rear-load liners.

Ordering rules
- No consumables: use 0 for nozzle and wire size
- QUICK LOAD® liners (1): 600 A only, and not available with 5/64″, 3/32″, or aluminum wire
- Legacy part numbers: MW1 part numbers changed from the old 46 and 64 series. Use the MW1 part number conversion tool to find your updated part number.
