PRODUCT UPDATE | Standardized AccuLock™ S Power Pin for Miller® Equipment
Effective September 14, 2026, Bernard® has standardized 2200137 as the Miller® power pin assembly for AccuLock™ S consumables, supporting applications using both Front Load and Rear Load Liners across our semi-automatic product offering.
As part of this product simplification, the following AccuLock™ S Miller power pin assemblies have been discontinued:
- 2200206 → replaced by 2200137
- 2200207 → replaced by 2200137
Why are we making this change?
The 2200206 and 2200207 power pin assemblies were originally introduced for AccuLock™ S – Front Load Liner applications with different wire size ranges. Following subsequent AccuLock™ S design improvements and product validation, separate Miller® power pin assemblies are no longer required.
The 2200137 power pin now provides a common Miller® connection for AccuLock™ S applications using either Front Load or Rear Load Liners, simplifying power pin selection, replacement parts, and inventory.
Customers currently using 2200206 or 2200207 should transition to 2200137 when ordering replacement power pin assemblies.
Front Load Liner Power Pin Cap Selection
When 2200137 is used with an AccuLock™ S – Front Load Liner, select the appropriate power pin cap based on wire size:

What does this mean for existing guns?
No change is required to the AccuLock™ S consumable platform itself. The change consolidates Miller® power pin selection to 2200137.
For replacement orders:
If you previously ordered 2200206 or 2200207, order 2200137 going forward.
