Bernard® rear load liners are made of high-carbon music wire for smooth wire feeding and long life, and they won’t gap when bent. Color-coded shrink wrap makes it easy to identify the right size at a glance, and one family of liners covers wire from 0.023″ to 1/8″, so you can stock fewer parts. The 0.035″–0.045″ and 0.045″–1/16″ sizes feature E-Z Feed™ technology, with a corrosion-resistant coating and enhanced coil profile for even smoother feeding, and are now standard on Bernard MIG guns. While other rear load liner options are available, we recommend Bernard rear load liners for all BTB MIG guns, regardless of handle shape or type.
