Bernard® front load liners are a critical part of the AccuLock™ S consumables system, designed to eliminate liner trim errors, gaps along the wire-feed path, and erratic wire feeding — common, costly causes of troubleshooting, rework, and downtime. Liner replacement is error-proof every time, with no measuring required. Each liner locks and concentrically aligns to both the contact tip and the power pin, creating a flawless wire-feed path that takes misalignment and gaps off your troubleshooting list. Optimized wire feeding also extends contact tip life 2–3x. Color-coded shrink wrap matches the power pin cap washer, so the right liner is easy to identify, and the 0.035″–1/16″ sizes feature E-Z Feed™ technology for even smoother feeding.
Front load liners must be used with the complete AccuLock S consumables system: AccuLock contact tips and AccuLock S diffusers, nozzles, neck insulators, power pins, and power pin caps.
