Overview

Save time and money by loading your liners from the front.
QUICK LOAD® liners install from the front of the MIG gun in less than half the time and effort of rear load liners, increasing uptime, cost savings, and safety. The two-piece system pairs a QUICK LOAD liner with a retainer that’s installed inside the power pin on first use; after that, the liner simply feeds in from the front. There’s no need to cut and waste wire, or to remove the torch from the wire feeder. In robotic cells, operators can change liners from a safe zone instead of climbing over tooling or transfer systems, and with semi-automatic guns on boom-mounted feeders, there’s no need to climb up to make the change.

The QUICK LOAD liner retainer is required for initial installation only and is sold separately.
